Hepatitis C Information Booklet: Information Design & Persona Analysis includes information design rationales and a persona profile for a fictitious 30-year-old patient with hepatitis C. It also includes a proof-of-concept for a hypothetical hepatitis C information booklet.
This document was created to fulfill the requirements for Simon Fraser University's TCOM210: Research, Analysis, and Information Design course. In TCOM210, students were required to create an audience persona and design an information booklet intended for patients recently diagnosed with hepatitis C. The course covered topics such as subject-matter expert (SME) interview techniques, audience and task analysis, and information design principles.
